West Bryn Mawr Avenue in Rosemont. An educational conference during the day will precede the evening gala, which will include cocktails and open microphone forum, opening ceremonies and dinner, cultural program and awards ceremony. Ticket sales has already began for this popular star-studded event, which usually attracts over 1,100 people.
Every year a different Asian community takes turn playing host of Lunar New Year. This year is Vietnamese American Community will host the program. Lunar New Year is traditionally the single largest organized annual event in Chicago's Asian American community.
BAC have been chosen to work with Educational , Islamic and Cultural events of the program.

select a community member for award based on his or her contribution to the community.

dignitaries.

BAC participated in 22nd Lunar New Year Celebrations on Saturday, February 5th, 2005 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare. In the evening, an award ceremony was held to recognize Asian American Community Service Award recipients. On behalf of BAC, the award was given to Afzal Ali presented by Judy Baar Tpinka, Treasurer of the State of Illinois and Secretary of State Jessie White.


I believe this is a great opportunity for us to expose our community in United States as a part of a strong international group.
